OWNER’S INVOLVEMENT: When the owners are involved in the park, helping to manage it from day to day, (as opposed to owners who never show up on the premises) you can expect fewer problems. Then when a problem or concern does arise you can depend on those in charge to solve the problem quickly, and to the satisfaction of the resident.
