The Willows is a delightful, well-developed, and well-managed 55+ mobile home community, occupying approximately 15 Acres along the Verde River . Located in the town of Camp Verde, Arizona, The Willows is only a short distance from the intersection of SR260 and I-17 by way of an easily accessible, all weather public road.
The Willows has 98 fully developed home sites. All homes are tenant owned, and all sites are large enough to accommodate multi-section homes. The park features paved roads and paved off street parking for each home site. All utilities are located underground, including electricity, water, telephone and cable TV. The park has its own natural well water system and four separate septic systems providing more than enough capacity. Tight architectural and landscaping standards insure top curb appeal throughout the community.
A fully equipped clubhouse enhances the retirement village lifestyle at The Willows. This recreational facility has a tennis and shuffleboard court, an exercise room, and an indoor hydro-spa.
